I’ve been running into an issue all day, but hoping it will fix itself tomorrow. I’m guessing something is up with the new tab within the app. I posted 7 effects about 5-6 hours ago and noticed that they haven’t been displayed. It also says that I’m the only one that has used them, usually by this time I have a few hundred video post.
Any other time I would wait it out a bit before posting, but these are the first effects I posted since getting affliate. I’m curious if I should take them down and repost them at another time, or wait it out.
I did notice currently that the new tab is all tiktok created effects as well.
i have the same problem the filters get stuck at zero, its not a normal thing for me. With the EH 2.6 version the problem is not only this, something wrong
I’ve been posting effects from the newest version without problem until recently…although I did take a few days off. I’m thinking this is an in app thing they’re either making adjustments to, or found an issue and are working on it.
I wonder why they pulled the community effects though, and I’m curious if I should take everything down and repost it when the issue’s resolved.
I want to make sure these all make it on the new tab for atleast a little bit.
Any updates here? Kind of sad this happened on the day I became an affiliate. I ended up taking down the ones I posted, but itching to repost them and all the new ones
My filters are still posting, the new ones keep disappearing from the effect search, and don’t show up on the new tab at all.
Another thing I noticed is that the new tab still has a bunch of tiktok’s dev team filters. It started to fill up with some community filters, but a lot more of the tiktok filters are showing back up.
@JimTheMim@relaxnoname@frankcussonfx could you share some effect IDs of the effects that you’re seeing this issue with? It will help our investigation.
