hello I encountered the same problem, also the page that concerns the single effect is not reachable

They’re trying to fix this issue along with a few others currently.

I just hit affiliate and did a big upload of effects, some made it in app, but not to the effect tabs. Others made it through, but are stuck in a void where I can only use them. Thinking about pulling them all down, and reposting. Unless they appear on the new tab when it goes live again.
