"This effect is not available in your region"

This message is appearing for many people, even in regions where the effect should be available and even on devices with good performance. For example, a filter that works on my motoG9 is not available on my wife’s motoG32.
A LOT of people are reporting this problem!

This problem only occurs with those who try to use the filter through my profile or through a video using the filter. If the person searches for the filter when they are in the video recording menu, then it works.

Hello,
A few days after the effects monetization began, I noticed that many people were no longer able to use my filters. This problem seems to happen to random people and with random effects. After these problems started, the average number of videos using my effects dropped from around 500 thousand to less than 10 thousand. As more than 200,000 videos are needed for the filter to be monetized, it is becoming impossible to monetize with this bug.

Hello! It’s happening to me too. I have received numerous complaints in the comments of the videos I make to publicize the effects. It’s frustrating for creators and users who try to use the effects and can’t. I ask for urgency in solving this bug.

I have the same problem, many people write that my effects are not available and in many regions they are not even visible. Effects are periodically removed under the pretext of being taken down due to a technical issue on TikTok. Statistics on effects have dropped significantly.

Even I at the moment under the guise of technical problems on TikTok I have 5 effects blocked for 4 weeks, I have also sent feedback but no one responds, they are always blocked. Unfortunately, the line followed by tiktok is not very transparent, which is why at the moment I have abandoned designing filters with effect house. There are too many things to improve.

Hey @Cristiano_Bartel, I had found that a lot of my users had similar problems.
