Effect tab glitch

When I visit the Effect tab/page

  1. The video I added while uploading the effect is not showing, it is only the icon with gray background instead of the video.

  2. When I click the effect, first it shows the button “Use this effect” for a second then the button disappears and a message appears in the middle of the screen saying “Something went wrong. Try again later.”

  3. When the button appears (one second), there is a very very very weird thing happens here, a thumbnail video in the top left corner appear (one second but it is clickable) for another effect.

I had that issue before and the only way someone from support help me
is by filling a feedback on the effect house support.
