Can someone please explain to me why all my effects are not searchable by name, even if I enter the exact name they don’t appear ! and they don’t even appear in the suggestion tab or the tab of new effects!
This will make it harder for people to know about the new effects created

Hey @Mingus unfortunately the form in the link you provided is not working :all the dropdown menus are disabled and unclickable. I reached out to general support and they told me that this is a specific issue in relation with effect house support team! So I am in somehow stuck and I don’t know what should I do because as I mentioned people will never find out about those effects ad all my efforts went for nothing.

hello lot of people using the same name for their effect when you write you effect name tiktok filter the top used effect on search bar. please create effect with unique name. if you asking about new effect bar lot of people making new effects every time. your effect may pull below in new effect bar. if you went your effect show on the top you need to share your effect with notable persons.

Yes but as you know “notable person” will not do it for free they will ask for money in return and I can’t afford paying influencers for something I created for free and I am not sure I will get paid for it. if only tiktok can give the creators of effects a small boost on marketing that will be amazing like showing in first rank in search bar; a small promotion from the effect house team … that will more than enough to boost your effect

hello @Monsieur_Ganga Tiktok team will not promote you. try your effect with tutorial videos lot of time. if your effects is beautiful and attractable your effect will be grow automatically. i create a effect a few days ago and not promote that its gone 1.4 Million now. which is my 2nd id and there was just 1500 follower and now 13k+. Don’t depend on tiktok team just work hard and keep it up.

Well I can’t say 100%, but it looks like They are saying that their creations can’t be seen by them or anybody else. Because there’s no way to pull them up by name but I don’t really know for sure!?
