Hey! In the app it was written that the verification of effects lasts from 1 to 3 days. But my effects are still wasn’t accepted since week. Has anyone else had the issue like that?

Hi!, I have tried to avoid posting here but in discord the system deletes my message, I have an effect since February 12 “under review”, I have used the form and they have answered me saying that they are going to escalate it, after 5 days nothing has happened, I have used the form again but I have not received any answer, the effect has been in effect for 15 calendar days and I would like to know if there is anything else I can do.
