More clarity regarding memory limitations

At present, the only way to know if your effect exceeds the Memory requirements is to attempt to submit the effect and wait for it to be rejected. Please provide a way to quickly check if the memory is okay before submitting.

Dealing with two effects being rejected for this reason right now, and one of them is pretty much a simple variant of the Photo Booth type effect and only has a 2.1MB footprint. I put in a support ticket, but I agree with this improvement request. We need more “actionable” information for this when developing an effect and also when a rejection happens.
