Hi there. I tried using the Pen Game template and I am running into legacy issues.
When I upload a new texture/asset. The image shows up as a PNG with a transparent background in the preview, but when I swap out the texture in the image panel, it does not bring in the transparency.
I’ve tried adding new scene objects, rearranging, deleting and remapping and nothing seems to do the trick. Can Tiktok please update this template so we can use it in the new Effect House version? Or has anyone else found a trick to make this work?
If a TikTok Support Advisor reads this, can you please allow us to upload screenshots of the issues we are having?
