but when i try to apply on this site for the creating rewards it doesnt lists austria and some other countries? TikTok Effect House

Effect Creator Rewards is our program that offers cash rewards for popular TikTok effects. This program is not available in Austria yet, but please stay tuned for an update soon.
New Creator Bonus is a program to receive a one-time reward for creating your first effect. This program is available in Austria.
I never got my reward and i been doing this since Beta testing
and I am in Canada
I hope that Austria will join the program soon
