Project Crash - Couldn't load Text object

Hey everyone, i’ve had a few of my projects crash and are now unable to be opened with hours of progress gone. Sending feedback doesn’t work if I include the project files, I currently have 2 projects which can’t be opened due to this, one of them is giving me the couldnt load text object issue and the other isnt giving me any error just an instant crash. any help would be greatly appreciated!!
