I think it would be good to have some sort of data storage for a filter to record high score data or usage statistics or something that represents the state of the app. It would be ok also to have external server connection for hosting your own backend for a filter. In Spark AR it is possible to make external connection.
One possible way would be add filter metadata to the video post, for high score or any input from the effect. And from this data the high score or any other data would be retrievable when effect is started
