I am having problems uploading videos

Hello,

I have a Windows 10 laptop. When I log into my TikTok account, and click the Upload button, nothing happens. All I get is a blank screen. This has been going on for weeks now. Previously, I had no problems clicking the Upload button, and uploading videos. I have also tried to upload videos using my android tablet, but get the same results. How can I fix this?

@cinque884 This forum is only for Effect House-related questions. If you’re having issue with the TikTok app, open TikTok, tap Profile, select the menu in top right, and tap Report a Problem.

If you can’t login, open TikTok, tap the (?) in the top right corner on the sign-up page, and follow the Account Recovery steps.
