I am a very successful filter creator on Snapchat.
For any experienced programmer, node-based visual scripting is a real pain and takes 10x more time. My most successful lenses on Snapchat would not have been possible with visual scripting due to the complexity.

I agree. It would give us greater flexibility and speed.
