Hello, I’m starting to learn how to use the program, I’ve tried everything and I can’t find a solution. How do I put the eyes and mouth effect in black and white using the “face inset” with the background in color?

Play around with the order layer and post processing. The insets should be on one layer, while the things in color on another.
