Effect Managenmant options missing

Hi team and fellow creators,

I’m currently having a serious issue managing an effect I no longer want active on my Effect House account.

I created and submitted the effect using the MacBook Pro (Silicon version) of Effect House. The effect was approved and is currently live. However, I have no option to deactivate or delete it from within the app — the usual three-dot menu with those controls is missing entirely.

When I try to access the online portal at:
• https://effecthouse.tiktok.com/portal
• https://effecthouse.tiktok.com/creator/effects

…I receive a 404 error every time — even after:
• Logging into the correct TikTok account
• Using different browsers (Chrome, Safari)
• Clearing cache/cookies
• Using a VPN from multiple regions

It seems my account is locked out of the effect management dashboard entirely, even though I can publish filters.

I have the exact same issue. Whats going on ?

Having the exact same issue. The browser version of effect manager no longer works, and the desktop version has no option to remove or deactivate effects. What’s going on?!
