Hello, I have a platinum badge, but for some reason, the cash rewards are still locked even though I have more than one effect that surpasses 2500 video posts. As you can see from the screenshot (i’m not sure if it shows), it doesn’t let me access the reward; instead, there is a padlock. Is there any way to fix this?
