My effect is finished, but it doesn’t let me upload my own icon OR use a TikTok standard generated icon. Also when I press ‘check for updates’ it says I am not connected to the internet..
Tests performed:
Clear cache
Reinstall
Change icon types between png, jpeg, and webp of different sizes.
Tested on 3 computers and 2 different internet networks.
Tested with different filters (I created other filters to test if it’s possible to upload the icon).
Tested with different accounts.
Authorized all types of protocols in the firewall.
Sent a ticket to the platform pointing out the error and the logs.
Manually inserted the icon into the project folder.
Change the Windows project path.
Searched for the error in logs, forums, and Discord channels, but found nothing.
